Provide necessary content and access (hosting platforms accounts) review deliverables promptlycommunicate requested changes in a timely manner.
Delays in client communication may result in timeline extensions.

5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated:
Ace Consulting retains ownership of templates code frameworks and proprietary processes.
Clients receive full rights to completed branding website designs and approved deliverables oncepayment is complete.

Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding project details business data accesscredentials and proprietary information.

7. Limitation of Liability
Ace Consulting is not liable for loss of revenue website downtime caused by thirdparty plugins orhosts client misuse of delivered work or issues caused by external providers (Google Meta WixWordPress).
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
We may use thirdparty tools (hosting plugins ad platforms CRM systems). We are not responsible forchanges outages or policy updates made by these platforms.

9. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are not provided on completed or partially completed work. Monthly services may be canceled with written notice as outlined in the agreement.

10. Termination
Ace Consulting may terminate a project or service if payment is not received, if a client violates these Terms, or if a client engages in harmful or unethical behavior. Completed work will be invoiced.

11. SMS Communication Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Ace Consulting. Message types may include:

– Account notification messages
